Who are the founders of FinancialAid?
FinancialAid was founded in the year 2024, by the Group 8 of 12 - Paul VI. Consisting of the following people:
Gabriel John M. David, Rob Raver R. Francisco, Romwell Ezecquiel B. Ralph, Justine Y. Villavicencio and John Allein A Villegas.
These five were the pioneers which led to the creation of a concept which is now FinancialAid.
Why did we create FinancialAid? We created our capstone project, "Empowering Financial Literacy: Assessing One’s Financial Literacy through FinancialAid," to address the critical need for financial education among senior high school (SHS) students. In today's complex economic environment, it is essential for young individuals to possess the knowledge and skills to manage their finances effectively. Our program aims to bridge the gap in financial literacy by providing a comprehensive assessment tool tailored specifically for SHS students. By evaluating their financial understanding and offering personalized tips, we empower students to make informed financial decisions, laying a strong foundation for their future financial well-being.
What is FinancialAid? FinancialAid is a website which hosts a set of questionnaires which can assess one's level of financial literacy. This website is made for students and by students. This website is a step closer into making our society a more financial literate society.
